hey peoples

i handed in my resignation on tuesday, 16 july being my last day. my main reason for resigning is that i'll be moving to Melbourne with my boyfriend at the end of july, but also because i'm really overworked, they're really short on staff, and i'm way underpaid. it really does suck for me.
so i'm a bit nervous as i'll need to go job hunting and when we find jobs we can apply for houses and when we get one we need to get everything from furniture to cutlery. so yea, should be good...

friday was the last day for two of my friends at work so now i also need to do a late shift (to ensure we've got people throughout our business hours), which means i get home later and really tired. all i end up doing when i get home is resting, eating, resting, shower, bed. i'm hoping to get some drawing done over the weekend so i hope that works out.

i also got sims 3 which i only got to play a little bit so far but i really like it and it's really addictive. i didn't like sims 2 but i like this. the amount of interactions, little tasks that you can get from work and stuff, being able to go wherever you want in the town is pretty cool. can't wait to play some more!

anyway, i should be going to work now, hurrah
